Change can be uncomfortable and difficult, it’s not impossible. I am here to listen and here to help you make positive changes and achieve personal goals. My training in counselling psychology, neuroscience, educational psychology, and immigrant settlement and integration has prompted me to consider mental and behavioural health concerns in a more integrative and comprehensive way. Working as a registered psychologist, I embraced a broad, holistic, and systemic perspective in understanding individual difficulties in daily living. You will be supported by evidence-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive interventions that integrate biological, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions. To meet your specific needs, we will work collaboratively using approaches such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), accelarated resolution therapy (ART) and the Gottman method of relationship therapy.
