Telepsychology refers to psychological services delivered via means of an electronic telecommunications device, such as a landline telephone, cellphone, tablet computer, laptop computer, desktop computer, or other electronic device, whether Internet-based or not. Telepsychology can help individuals with access to care in special circumstances and can be used to accommodate individual needs. In addition, it can be convenient for some people who are able to benefit from this form of care, such as individuals who have challenges with mobility, family circumstances, or health. If you want to have an online session, select sessions from our sessions list that are labelled as telepsychology sessions.

We offer individual counselling (adult, child, teen), as well as couple, family, and group counselling. Our clinicians also offer play therapy, EMDR/trauma work, addictions support (e.g., drugs, alcohol, pornography), as well as other services.
